One grade = one completed grading session for one device. A session includes photo upload, AI assessment, and a returned grade card. Retaken photos within the same session (due to quality flags) do not count as additional grades. Voided sessions (cancelled before a result is returned) are not counted either.

Yes. You can purchase add-on grade bundles at any time from your account dashboard. Bundles are priced at $0.18 per additional grade for Desk accounts and $0.12 per grade for Kiosk. Unused add-on grades roll over to the following month for up to 90 days.

Desk and Kiosk are month-to-month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Chain plans are typically annual contracts with custom terms, though pilot periods of 3 months are available for qualifying operations.

We offer a 14-day pilot with 50 complimentary grades instead of a traditional free trial. The pilot uses your actual device intake rather than demo data, so you see real accuracy numbers for your specific device mix and condition distribution. Apply via the contact page.

Plan prices are listed in USD. Billing is processed in USD via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. For Chain clients, IDR invoicing and bank transfer payment is available by arrangement with your account manager.
